Our Process
We begin each project with a free one-hour
consultation. During this consultation, we discuss
your objectives for the proposed information campaign
and determine your specific requirements for the
project. We also help you develop a marketing
strategy that will build or strengthen your brand
identity on the Web or in the marketplace. This
consultation is the basis for our written price
quotation.
At Virtual Impact!, no two projects are the same.
We realize that each client has a unique corporate
identity, distinct services or products, and different
objectives for their project. Our job is to design a
campaign that meets your objectives and differentiates
your company from its competitors in the marketplace
by emphasizing your unique corporate attributes.
As part of our goal to create a unique identity for
each of our clients, we do not use clip art or
templates. We create all of the graphics on our
client sites for their specific Web site or
promotional or informational campaign. Each site that
we design is a unique creation of our experienced
design team.
BILLING
In order to make this level of quality service
affordable, we offer fixed-priced contracts that are
based on the cost of individual services ordered and
the consultant's time. We believe that billing this
way is better because it enables you to allocate
adequate resources for a project at its inception. It
also prevents costly over-runs that are typical in the
consulting business.
